5. Application data hosting
App data (accounts, messages, media) is hosted via Google Firebase (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland). Servers may be located in the EU or the United States with appropriate contractual safeguards.
6. Intellectual property
All elements of wava.world and the Wava app are exclusive property of Wava unless otherwise stated. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited. User content remains owned by users, subject to the licence granted for operating the service (see Terms).
7. Personal data
Processing is described in our Privacy Policy (including a section for users in Türkiye / KVKK). Contact: privacy@wava.world.
8. Limitation of liability
The publisher strives for accuracy of information on this site but does not warrant completeness or currency. Wava is a UGC platform; the publisher is not responsible for user exchanges and content, subject to its legal moderation and reporting obligations.
9. Hyperlinks
The site may contain third-party links. The publisher has no control over those sites and accepts no liability for their content.
10. Governing law
These legal notices are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
11. Consumer mediator
Under Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, consumers may free of charge use a consumer mediator after first attempting to resolve the dispute with support@wava.world.
